APAC Choir: SEOUL

This year our Choir group, "The Interlude", went to Seoul Foreign school for the APAC Choir festival. Under the direction of our guest conductor Dr. Timothy Peter, all 6 schools were able to come together and put on a great concert at the end of the week. I would love to be able to say that the three days I spent in Seoul were mind numbingly culturaly stimulating, but I honestly did not feel much of a difference between Japan and Korea (Let the bashing begin...) I felt like the only difference was that the signs, billboards and posters were replaced with kanji's I could not recognize (Let furthermore bashing begin...)
But honestly, I did not feel as though I was in a foreign country.

Here are a select number of photos from the 3 days.

"The Interlude" snapping a few shots in our assigned practice room dubbed the "Black Box"

The SFS auditorium. Complete with a rotating stage!

Jon turning on the charm by playing some John Mayer during break, kakoii~

Korean BBQ. Awesome stuff. Love the kimchi.

Don't ask...

Spidey enjoys the view from the bus on the way back

The trip was great. Got some seaweed, got some kimchi, put on a concert, who could complain?
